Overview These Terms apply to purchases of workwear apparel from Cleets by individual consumers. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. 2. Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 3. Returns and Refunds We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are: Unworn, unused, and in original condition With all tags attached and in the original packaging Accompanied by proof of purchase If your return meets the above, you may request a refund or exchange. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer’s expense. 4. Faulty or Incorrect Items If an item is faulty, damaged during transit, or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@cleets.net. We will arrange for return shipping and offer a full refund, repair, or replacement in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 5. Delivery We aim to ship all workwear orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Cleets is not liable for delays once orders have been dispatched. 6. Privacy Customer information is used solely to process your order and communicate with you about Cleets products. We do not share or sell your information to third parties. 7. Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction.
