How do I request an equipment price?
Open a product, choose its configuration and quantity, and add it to the quote basket. You can collect multiple items before preparing your request.
Can you help me select a product?
Contact Cleets with your material, intended test method and project requirements. Equipment suitability and documentation can be confirmed before purchase.
Are all specifications and test standards confirmed?
The product pages summarise the published Cleets specifications. Confirm the exact model, applicable test standards, calibration and supplied accessories in the quotation.
How is equipment freight arranged?
Freight and lead time depend on the equipment and destination. These details are confirmed in your quotation rather than estimated from a generic checkout rate.

Which equipment can I hire?
The published hire range includes a Light Weight Deflectometer and a Static Plate Load Tester, with daily, weekly and monthly rates.
Is a bond required?
Yes. The published refundable bond is A$1,500 for the Light Weight Deflectometer and A$2,000 for the Static Plate Load Tester. Return, inspection and refund conditions are confirmed in the hire agreement.
Can hire fees count towards buying the equipment?
The published hire-to-buy offer credits 50% of hire fees for a purchase within 30 days, capped at A$2,000 for the LWD and A$2,500 for the Static Plate Load Tester. Ask Cleets to confirm the offer for your booking.

What sizes are available?
Straight Fit Cord Work Pants are listed in S / 30, M / 32, L / 34 and XL / 37. See the product size guide for the published waist labels.
Do all colours have a reflective tape option?
The published product offers Black, Latte and Navy Blue, with or without reflective tape. Choose your configuration on the product page.
What is the return window for workwear?
The published workwear policy allows returns within 30 days for unused items with tags and proof of purchase. Contact Cleets before returning an item.
How can I track my order?
Use the order tracking page with the reference provided after dispatch, or contact Cleets with your order details. The client preview includes an example tracking view.
